Reporting to the Manager, Primary Care Development, this exciting role is focused on managing COORDINARE’s contribution to the ACT/NSW GP Workforce Planning and Prioritisation consortia. The statewide consortia provides local data to inform College planning for GP training placements including the quality and distribution of placements to meet community health needs and the needs of multiple stakeholders. This new role will represent COORDINARE on the ACT/NSW consortia operational team.

The Engagement and Coordination team is responsible for working with stakeholders in innovative ways to facilitate and integrate service delivery to improve the patients’ journey through the health system and improve health outcomes. The team is responsible for the provision of practice support, system redesign and other health system improvement projects, pathway optimisation, coordination of care, stakeholder alliances and communications.
