Project Coordinator, Digital Health (Aged Care Focus)

The Project Coordinator, Digital Health (Aged Care Focus) role will support Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) across the South Eastern NSW region to access and implement digital initiatives that will enable their residents to virtually consult when needed with their primary health care professionals, specialists, and other clinicians, with the aim of reducing potentially preventable hospitalisations.

Do you have the following skills and attributes, we want to hear from you?
Excellent communication, superior interpersonal and engagement skills.
Relevant qualifications or industry experience in healthcare, digital health, health informatics, health administration, program management and delivery, or equivalent experience working in a primary care.
Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of aged care and residential aged care facilities.
An affinity for the purpose of the role and the values of the organisation.
Willing to undertake police check.
Able to demonstrate full and current COVID 19 vaccination status or appropriate medical exemption.
