Project Coordinator, Collaborative Commissioning

The Project Coordinator, Collaborative Commissioning will work directly with the Program Director to coordinate consultation and planning with health stakeholders across the SENSW region. The role will involve working with clinicians and health managers across the PHN and Local Health Districts to foster engagement and ultimately joint endorsement of a care pathway. This opportunity will provide experience in co-design, change management and complex evaluation. 

This role is critical to the success of Collaborative Commissioning and will support the transition of the program from planning to implementation in 2023.  Collaborative Commissioning offers a unique opportunity to enable change in the health system and inform wider scale health reform.
