Project Coordinator, Chronic Conditions (Maternity Leave Backfill)

As the Project Coordinator, Chronic Conditions you will support the strategic initiatives of this portfolio focusing on the implementation of agreed activities and projects aimed at managing care across the health risk continuum and improving health outcomes for people across the SENSW region. Additionally, the role is required to work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support the performance of chronic disease initiatives engaged in primary care.
You will also have the opportunity to:

- Live local, work local Wollongong, Nowra, Queanbeyan, or Moruya
- part-time contract to 5 December 2023

The right applicant would have extensive project management experience, excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to work comfortably across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
