HealthPathways is an online tool used by clinicians to help make assessment, management, and specialist request decisions. The HealthPathways platform offers clinicians locally agreed information to make the right decisions together with patients, at the point of care.
The role
The Program Assistant HealthPathways, Illawarra Shoalhaven will work within the Engagement and Coordination team to support high level efficient and effective project implementation of the HealthPathways initiative. This position will also work closely with the HealthPathways Program Manager based in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District and undertake administrative activities that contribute to the efficient development of the HealthPathways initiative.
You will also have the opportunity to:
- impact whole of health system in an administrative capacity via this exciting opportunity,
- focus on improving the specialist/primary health care interface,
- be part of an established program with committed team,
- part time role to 10/11/2023, with the possibility of extension, based in Wollongong or Nowra with some local travel required.
