COORDINARE is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Manager, Systems & Service Integration Southern NSW to join our team and report to the Director, Community and System Collaboration.

Purpose for this role:

The Manager, System & Service Integration Southern NSW will operate at an operational level with a focus on enhancing meaningful integration of service models and initiatives between and across health service providers in all aspects of COORDINARE’s work. This will specifically involve implementing cross-sector initiatives in collaboration with the Southern NSW Local Health District and ACT Health, as well as service providers such as GPs, Aboriginal Medical Services, commissioned and other providers based in Southern NSW LHD catchment.

Understanding the impact of strategic health system reform and translating this into local integrated health plans and initiatives, technology, and evolving models of care, with consideration of rural issues and cross border health seeking behaviours will be critical.  The role will build alliances with health and social service organisations to advance innovative approaches to system and service integration. The role will need to ensure key providers are aligned in effort and delivering an improved consumer experience and positive health outcomes for the people of South Eastern NSW at all times, including in preparing for disaster and response.
